A managed services provider (MSP) is a company that remotely manages their clients' IT infrastructure and/or end-user systems, typically on a PROACTIVE basis and under a stable subscription model. We are trying to migrate all our customers to this proactive service from the reactive break/fix model, since being ahead of issues is always more financially sensible.
Every DataTrust package includes managed cybersecurity essentials — endpoint detection and response (EDR/MDR), Microsoft and third-party patch management, cloud backup, and vulnerability assessments. Higher tiers add unlimited remote and onsite support, network and email security, multi-factor authentication, security awareness training, and incident response planning.
